Why do I have to pay an initial payment for US $10?

This is to ensure that we have an agreement and for security purposes. We wanted to make sure that you are up and on the same page. This is bread and butter for us and just like you, we also do not want to waste time and effort for nothing. This is also to ensure that workers are getting security in terms of income. Do we have agreement/contract to sign?

Yes. Go to contact us and send us your request. We won't be starting anything without the agreement/ contract form signed by you as the contracted employer. What are the experiences of your workers?

Agents are working for call centers before and even today for some of our workers. Call Centers catering customer service support, technical support, sales and non voice like email and chat supports. Experiences ranging from 3-6 years. We assure you that we will screen agents thoroughly so that they will do the job they love doing. Diligent profiling will increase their chances of providing positive results plus the comfort of being at home. What are other things I need to know before I do business with you?

 Who are the people that will work for the projects?

We are all call center agents of different accounts mainly in the US. We have been in the BPO industry for 5-6 years. This has become the bread and butter for each one of us. We are ranging from agent to supervisory status when we were in BIG call centers.  faqs.php                                                                                           

What do you mean by long term plan?

We will only accept 6 months and above term per project. This will give a little of assurance to agents that they will have income for a minimum of 6 months since this is bread and butter for them. This will also increase credibility of HBHSolutions. This enables us to perfect all aspects to give a very good result for every project we handle.   faqs.php

How do I know that you are working on the projects?

You will receive daily, weekly and monthly reports for you to know the progress of the project. Whatever you place on  table  is our bread and butter. If your goal is to gain profit, for us it's DAILY bread and would always do our best to retain you as our valued employer.                                                          faqs.php

Do you have complete set of tools to use for the job? 

We have basic tools like PC, High Speed Internet and Headset. We also have basic software tools like talk and chat accounts, dialer and Microsoft tools. How would you know that workers are working?

We have made an official agreement and we also have them signed our rules and regulations before they start and work for HBHSolutions. Workers would be asked for a daily report, list, summary and if possible a chart of how they are doing.                                                                                                                                                                                        faqs.php
